Happy Thanksgiving & Happy New Year (Liturgical-
Advent is our first season)
~More on back
Mrs. McCall: Mrs. McCall was out Thursday, and I want to thank her
substitute,
Mr.Stan DeVoir, for coming in to help. Mr. DeVoir is our former
assistant superintendent of the Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School
District. He is a member of our church, and as a newly retire educator
has many services to offer. If you hear your child say there was a man
in school and it is not Mr. Lenon or Mr. Lobert, probably it is going to
be Mr. De Voir! Elementary schools typically have an over abundance of
women!
Girls Athletics: Congratulations to St. Michael’s girls in grades 4
-5 – 6 for a fun filled volleyball season. The girls are moving on to
basketball and have their first home game Mon. Nov. 23 at 5:30 p.m. All
are welcome. Coach Hansen has commented that this is going to be an
exciting basketball season.
Remind your children to wash their hands well & cough in the bend of
an elbow. Keep sick children home, please.
Box Tops & Campbell Soup Contest: I wonder who will win. Send in
those labels!
IMPORTANT: Remember, days of cancellations or delays, follow Chippewa
Hills School District. Our name may not be mentioned. If they close due
to flu, we will be closed also.
